Where was your character born?
Threz was most likely born in one of the small towns surrounding Ravannah but as he has no memory of any childhood there so if asked he'll tell you that he grew up in Ravannah.
Who raised him?
Threz was raised in the slave quarters of the noble house of Mascond for most of his childhood. The standard of living there wasn't the best but if could have been much worse as well. He received nearly nothing in the way of a formal education as his owners in house Mascond felt he would be better suited to manual labor. This served him well later in his teen years spent in the gladiatorial pits.
What was happening in the region when your character was growing up?
Although the city of Ravannah was growing and preparing for who know what around him Threz heard nothing but the few rumors that he overheard while working as a slave. Even during his time in gladiatorial pits he still remained largely unaware of what was happening in the city around him mostly concerning himself with his next battle.
Does your character have any relatives?
None. All direct blood relatives Threz had were killed when he was taken for a slave and he never formed a close enough bond with anyone in the slave barracks to consider them family.
Friends?
The only real friends that Threz has made since leaving Ravannah are Garth and Vivian of the Knights of the Last Stand. They've shown willingness to let Threz prove his intentions to the Knights even going so far as to help him in providing an opportunity and seem they to tolerate/appreciate his company more than most do at first.

Appearance
What does your character typically look like?
Threz is relatively short for a half-orc standing only 6'3 but he is relatively well-muscled. On any given day Threz can be seen wearing a long white cloak over his chain armor and a half-helm (which upon close inspection seems to have been battered and repaired many times) which he keeps well polished.

Motivation
What are your character’s immediate goals? What would he like to do in the coming year?
Threz's short terms goals consist in earning the trust of the Knights of the Last Stand in an effort to secure a place for himself in the northlands. (note: not having traveled much before leaving Ravannah Threz considers any area north of the seascape cliffs to be a part of the northlands) He hopes to one day be able to join the Knights (which is obviously impossible since he isn't a paladin) but in the meantime intends to do as much good as he is able to. Also he has recently come to realize the there are some ways he can assist people that the knights cannot since he is not bound by their holy vows.
What are his long-term goals?
Threz generally doesn't think very much about things in a long-term sense. He generally prefers to live moment to moment and his only real long term goal is to die with a sword in his hand and an opponent before him.
What type of person would be his ideal mate?
Somebody who could hold their own in battle who he wouldn't have to worry about keeping an eye on should trouble come their way.
Who is his patron deity? Is he a devout worshiper?
Threz never got a lot of instruction as far as religious matters go before coming north so he never really had very strong convictions. Kord was a deity many of the other [non-evil] gladiators in the fighting pits revered so if pressed Threz would choose Kord as his patron deity.
Is he a devout member of any nonreligious cause?
While it isn't exactly a cause Threz is still remembered in the Ravannah pit fighting circuit for better or worse depending on how you look at his last fight.
Is there any race, creed, alignment, religion or the like against which he is strongly prejudiced?
Not especially, Threz is usually pretty accepting of people who accept him. He isn't fond of people who put a great faith in “book-learning” but so far he hasn't run into anyone who's dared to talk down to him because of his lack of education. (at least to his face)
What is his greatest fear?
Threz hasn't really encountered anything he's feared greatly enough for it to qualify as his greatest fear but he does have a general uneasiness around supernatural things, ghosts and specters and such, basically anything that isn't easily cut down with a sword.
What is the one task he absolutely refuses to do?
Take the life of somebody who is unwilling/unable to defend themselves in combat….. again.

What is your character’s motto or favorite saying?
Fortune favors the bold!
What is his favorite color?
Blood red, seeing to on your opponent means that you're on your way to victory seeing it on yourself means things are just getting interesting.
Describe what he would wear if money were no object?
A dragonhide cloak or armour or maybe a jewel encrusted helmet. Anything flashy that will make it so that people will remember him. Nobody cheers for a fighter they don't know.
What is his favorite food? Drink?
Whatever happens to be in front of him at the time. Given a choice Threz will usually opt for something that isn't too heavy so that he'll still be able to move quickly should trouble start.
What is his favorite animal?
The wolf, his animal totem. Mimicking it's fighting style of quick strikes focusing on mobility while trying to trip up the opponent to reduce their mobility has served him well thus far.
What habits of his friends annoy him most?
Threz is usually pretty accepting of other people's ways of doing things, if it's hasn't gotten them killed yet it can't work all that badly. Along that same vein he doesn't like being told/ordered to do something. He's had more than his fill of that while in service to house Mascond.
